After moving to Washington, DC following high school, John continued his education while building a career in hospitality that has taken him from food runner to barback, bartender, and beverage program manager. Along the way, he has worked alongside talented chefs and hospitality professionals, gaining experience across a wide range of cuisines, service styles, and cocktail programs.

John is passionate about connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences, whether through a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or a welcoming conversation across the bar.
